サムライ小ばなし　その1

どうも、Ｆｕｍｉです。
今年、ＦＥＳＳコミッティの一員になりました。
どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
普段は、外国人観光客に日本刀などを売り込む武器商人？
をやってます。取り扱い商品は、平安時代の日本刀から
江戸時代の大砲まで（こんなの日本で売って良いのでしょうか？）。
・・・ＦＥＳＳのブログに書き込むのは初めてです。特に面白い話が
あるわけでもないのですが、普段の仕事中にお客さんと会話をした
エピソードを「本当にあったサムライ小ばなし」と題して、今後いくつか
ご紹介させていただこうかと思います。

A customer asked me : What is this？Is this a mask？
I answered : This is a Samurai’s face guard. They wore a scary shape of
　　　　　face guards to frighten their enemies. For example, it is a
　　　　　shape of Japanese monster “Tengu” which is a long- nosed goblin.
C : ･･･But an another one is not so scary.
I : Yes. It is a shape of lady’s face. Samurai might be scared of ladies.
C : Ah !! It must be his mother’s face! Samurai was more scared his
　　mother than a　monster !･････but the most scary lady is my wife.
I : ････････(A proverb, Silence is golden.)
私は日頃から、お客様のプライバシーにはあまり立ち入らないようにしています。
